LOLLAPALOOZA TICKET/WRISTBAND POLICY:
New for 2009: 3-day wristbands have a unique barcode which will be scanned at Festival entrance to allow entry - it is YOUR responsibility to keep wristband secure and intact and to ensure no attempts of duplication are made.
3-DAY PASS TICKET HOLDERS:
-- 3-day ticket holders must exchange their ticket for a 3-day wristband
-- Wristbands MUST be worn for entry into the Festival and are allowed re-entry
-- Wristbands MUST be worn securely on wrist and cannot be slipped on and off
-- Wristbands are NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REPLACEABLE
-- Do NOT remove, stretch or tamper with your wristband in any way or you will not be allowed entry
-- Lost or stolen wristbands WILL NOT be replaced
-- Subsequent and/or multiple presentations of a counterfeited wristband are VOID and will be seized by Festival security staff
-- If your wristband is removed by Festival security/event staff for any reason, it WILL NOT be replaced
THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WRISTBAND POLICY
SINGLE DAY TICKET HOLDERS DO NOT RECEIVE A WRISTBAND
SINGLE DAY TICKET HOLDERS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO RE-ENTER THE FESTIVAL
ALL TICKET HOLDERS MUST PASS THROUGH SECURITY AND ARE SUBJECT TO BAG INSPECTION. PROHIBITED ITEMS WILL BE CONFISCATED BY EVENT STAFF
Ticket Terms and Conditions
Rain or Shine. Artists and times subject to change. No refunds/exchanges. Tickets lost or stolen cannot be replaced. This ticket is a revocable license for the time listed on the front. "Management" means Caring & Daring, LLC, Lollapalooza, LLC, C3 Presents, LLC, and their affiliates. Management reserves the right without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive by Management. Persons entering the facility are subject to search for contraband, alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, video equipment, or professional recording devices, which are expressly forbidden, and subject to confiscation. Ticket user bears all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring before, during or after the event. Ticket user bears all risks, including cancellation of the event and of inclement weather. The resale or attempted resale of the ticket higher than that appearing hereon is prohibited and if discovered will result in the ticket being voided without refund. This ticket may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes with the express written consent of Management. Ticket user consents to Management's use of your image or likeness incidental to any video display, transmission, or recording of the event. No pets are allowed except service animals.
